Day of The Dead Pokémon

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant Mexican tradition of "Día de los Muertos" (Day of the Dead), I embarked on a unique artistic journey to infuse this celebrated festivity with the enchanting world of Pokémon. After careful consideration, I chose Cubone as the focal Pokémon, paying homage to its deeply symbolic connection with the theme of remembrance and honor.

Through this project, I aimed to bridge the gap between pop culture and tradition, breathing new life into beloved Pokémon characters while respectfully honoring the roots of this cherished Mexican festivity. My hope is that this artwork sparks joy, nostalgia, and appreciation for the art of storytelling through a fresh and imaginative lens.
